Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, verifying their information and updating records as necessary
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient and accurate communication
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including data entry and correspondence.
