Job Description

: Performs a variety of specialized diagnostic technical procedures utilizing radiation equipment for the diagnosis and tracking of disease and pathology. Speciality disciplines are: Mammography,Angiography, Computerized Tomography
Required Qualifications

Medical Radiation Technology (MRT) diploma
Drug administration and intravenous injection training, where required by the job
Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Mammography or Angiography or Computerized Tomography training/certificate, as required
Registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Registered with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Experience
Previous: Twenty-four (24) months previous experience as a general duty Medical Radiation Technologist to consolidate knowledge and skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license, where required by the job
Basic computer skills
Communication skills
Ability to work independently
