Join our team as a Medical Radiation Technologist III (MRT III) at the William J Cadzow Health Centre, in the Diagnostic Imaging Department. As an MRT III, you\'ll engage with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from long-time community residents to a younger workforce. In this role, you\'ll be overseeing a team comprising of MRT I\'s, MRT II\'s, Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist I, Sonographer and an Administrative Support III. Description:

As a Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) III, you will be responsible for the operational supervision of a staff team and work processes of a radiology department or program/function. You will act as the lead Clinical Preceptor for MRT students and primary liaison to the area Radiologist. Your work can include establishing and maintaining adequate levels of supplies and materials for the department and administering quality control assurance programs.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP).
