We are currently seeking a registered X-Ray technologist to work in our Burlington and Hamilton clinics. This role can be full-time, part-time or a casual relief position. The successful candidates will be motivated, quality driven and possess excellent patient care skills. This position will be in General X-Ray but BMD and/or mammography experience/training is an asset and such duties will be reflected in the wage rate.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate of approved training program in Radiography
Current member in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
Must have the knowledge, skills and judgment as identified in the CMRITO "Essential Competencies" to perform the services and procedures that fall within the scope of practice of the profession
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Proven ability to organize work, set priorities, and manage time effectively, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in both independent and team-basedsettings
Self-motivated and able to work independenty while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast paced clinical environment
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism in all aspects of diagnostic imaging
Full-time hours: 30 - 40 per week
