Position requires one on one interaction with Doctors and Patients, answering phones, booking appointments. Communication with hospitals, specialist clinics, physicians, medical travel office, etc. Ongoing use of an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, generating and completion of documents. Stocking and preparing exam room, assisting Doctors as required, such as collection and documentation of weight, height, blood pressure, urinalysis, etc.

• Previous office experience would be an asset
• Efficiency working with computers.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills.
• Must be Professional, punctual having positive attitude at the workplace.
