We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in providing outstanding dermatological care in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at our practice and enhancing patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Handle electronic medical records with precision. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their inquiries. Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Process insurance claims and verify patient information. Collaborate with other staff to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Medical Office Assistant or similar role. Proficient in Accuro and electronic medical records systems. Strong understanding of medical terminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmen Ability to submit MSP billing accurately and timely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
