About Us:



Our multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic in Coquitlam is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients. Our clinic will offer services in physiotherapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture. We aim to promote overall wellness and improve the quality of life for our clients.

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients. You will manage the front desk, handle administrative tasks, and support our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and manage appointment scheduling. Schedule appointments for clients in person or over the phone. Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date and confidential. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage insurance claims. Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operation of the clinic. Address client inquiries and provide information about our services. Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Washing and folding laundry. Perform opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:



Experience with Jane App software is

required

Experience with direct billing to ICBC, WCB, and Third-Party Insurers is

required

Completion of the medical office assistant (MOA) program is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist or a similar role Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Knowledge of healthcare services, particularly physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic care, counseling, and nutrition, is an asset

Working Hours:



Part-time position is available with the opportunity to move into a full-time position. Weekends and evenings may be required based on clinic needs.
