Your expertise in medical terminology, PHIA, and office management will be key to maintaining efficient workflows and providing outstanding care.

What you'll do

Manage patient scheduling, ensuring timely appointments and efficient use of resources Maintain accurate medical records in EMR Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems Communicate effectively with patients regarding care plans, intake procedures, and follow-up appointments Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient care and administrative functions

Basic qualifications

Familiarity with EMR (Accuro) Medical Office Assistant experience Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a medical office environment is highly desirable Medical Office Assistant certificate Knowledge of health information management practices

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
