Pinwheel Clinic(TM) is a team of psychologists, physicians, therapists, and educators who work together to give families and children/youth clear answers, real strategies, and support that fits into life at home and school. We provide psychological assessments, counselling and therapy in a team based care setting, and academic intervention. Currently we operate Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, but are looking to expand our hours to include evenings and weekends in our current location. We are also expanding into a second location in Langford in October 2025.

Job description

We are looking for a highly professional, efficient, organized & experienced MOA with strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency. No room flow or direct patient care required. Competitive wage depending on experience and qualifications. Requirements of job include: reception, scheduling, management skills, document linking, billing, phone triage, data management, send and receive patient forms (for psychologists, physicians, and counsellors), discuss psychological services offered with clients, must have MOA certificate. It is preferred but not required to have: basic life support (BLS), experience with Jane EMR, 1+ years experience, familiarity with Apple Mac computers. You will be supported by a manager and work alongside an experienced MOA.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
