We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant to join our fast-paced family medicine clinic in Surrey. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Punjabi.Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
• Maintaining patient records and managing confidential information
• Assisting physicians with patient care and clinical tasks
• Processing payments and managing billing

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent
• Proficient in both English and Punjabi
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
