Your Role:

As our Medical Office Assistant, you'll be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring our clients feel welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include:

Task Description:

First Point of Contact for New and Existing Patients

Serve as the initial point of contact for new and existing patients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Receive training and education on available treatments and services to confidently answer simple inquiries and provide accurate information to clients. Follow up with patients after their inquiries to ensure satisfaction and reinforce a positive relationship.

Daily Operations:

Scheduling appointments Answering inquiries Processing payments Balance daily cash flow Opening and closing duties Maintaining an organized workspace

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who embodies our values and has the following skills:

Excellent customer service & communication skills (written, verbal, and nonverbal) Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail A team player with a positive attitude Experience with booking systems (like JaneApp) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Slack
