Clinic Admin at our

RICHMOND

We are looking for someone is who is versatile and provides personable customer interactions that will make our clients feel at ease. As an Admin you will be responsible for the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments via the JaneApp Collecting Payments/ billing third party Extended Health Answering phone calls, emails, and faxes Handling client questions or concerns Providing a knowledgeable, professional and friendly experience for all clients Cleaning and sanitization of the clinic Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client records Other administrative and front desk duties as needed

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner Attention to detail Adaptability Knowledge of Jane App is an asset

Language:

English: Mandatory

Experience:

Administrative/Receptionist: 1 Year (Asset) Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred) MOA Diploma (Preferred) JaneApp Software (1 year Required) ICBC/Extended Benefit Direct Billing (1 year Required)

Availability:

Must be available for a fixed weekend shift, on both Saturday and Sunday Must have a reliable transportation
Compensation: Hourly compensation is dependent on experience, qualifications, and transferrable skills.
