This role will suit a driven and motivated individual that likes to provide a pleasant experience for clients they service and manage front office. This is a part time opportunity, we are reopening after a prolonged closure due to the pandemic hours to start will be 2 days a week, with occasionally one being a Saturday. This role is well suited to a semi retired person and someone only looking for part time employment. Travel Medicine & Vaccination Centre (TVMC) is a privately owned and operated company with 14 locations in BC. We have been providing our customers with travel health consultations, vaccinations, and other related medical services for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service and medical expertise possible. Key Responsibilities: Reception/ Front desk office duties
Greeting and registering clients
General office duties, including faxing and scanning and ordering office supplies
Handling clinic flow and keeping the space clean and presentable
Creating invoices and processing payments
Explaining/selling services and products to clients
Booking follow-up appointments
End of day closing

Skills & Qualifications:

MOA diploma or combination of the equivalent education and experience.
3+ years customer service experience
