What You'll Do

Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional experience Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed Manage patient requisitions and medical correspondence via fax Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records

What We're Looking For

Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Team player who can also work independently MOA Certification or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required
