ARZ Massage & Wellness is growing! We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and motivated

Front Desk

to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience at our clinic.

Responsibilities



Scheduling and managing client appointments through

JaneApp

Processing payments and handling direct billing for ICBC and extended health benefits Managing communication channels including phone calls, emails, and faxes Assisting clients with questions, concerns, and service guidance Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, knowledgeable approach Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring clinic spaces are sanitized Protecting client confidentiality and handling health records with care Providing administrative support and other front-desk duties as needed

Skills & Experience



Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and welcoming client interaction High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Flexible, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes

JaneApp

experience - minimum 1 year (required)

ICBC & Extended Health direct billing

experience - minimum 1 year (required) Customer service or administrative background - 1 year preferred Medical Office Assistant (MOA) education or related training - an asset
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
