We are looking to hire a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Office Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities would include:

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients. Greeting, registering and rooming patients with basic vitals. Scheduling patient appointments, answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner. Managing all incoming and outgoing faxes. Performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, etc using Accuro EMR. Maintaining and ordering office and medical supplies, materials, and equipment Other assigned duties and responsibilities as needed. Must be able to handle work volume fluctuations.

Qualification Requirements include:

Please supply resume. High school diploma. Positive attitude, pleasant and professional manner in person and over the phone with excellent customer service. Exemplary problem-solving, organizational and time management skills and demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member. Must be flexible and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Successful completion of a medical program such as Medical Office Assistant with understanding and regular use of medical terminology is an asset. Previous Accuro EMR software experiences an asset. Previous work experience in a medical office is an asset.
