Medical Office Assistant (MOA)

to join our dynamic team, specifically supporting

Dr. Dan Doborosky, Pediatrician

. In this full-time position, you will work in a collaborative family practice setting, where you will cross-collaborate with fellow MOAs and healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment for all patients.

As part of our expanding team, we are looking for someone eager to contribute to both pediatric and family care and grow with us as we continue to develop and introduce new services.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive and supportive front-desk experience for both pediatric and family medicine patients. Efficiently schedule and manage appointments using

Accuro EMR

(proficiency in Accuro is required). Answer and direct incoming calls, as well as emails and respond to inquiries, and manage communication systems with a focus on

Dr. Dan Doborosky's

pediatric patients. Accurately collect and verify patient information, including insurance and consent forms, ensuring strict confidentiality. Perform daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing patient records within

Accuro EMR

. Work closely with

Dr. Dan Doborosky

and fellow MOAs in a

family practice setting

, ensuring smooth clinical operations and effective collaboration with other healthcare providers. Support both the pediatric and aesthetic sides of the clinic with flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong focus on patient care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Qualifications:



Medical Office Assistant Certification

is required. Previous experience in a medical office, particularly in pediatrics or family medicine, is preferred.

Proficiency in Accuro EMR

is a must Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to providing quality care. Eagerness to learn and grow with the clinic as new services and opportunities are introduced. Ability to work collaboratively within a family practice setting alongside fellow MOAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
