As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for
creating a welcoming atmosphere
while managing the efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Qualifications & Requirements
Preference will be given to International Medical Graduates (IMGs).
Previous experience using OSCAR EMR is required
Must have phlebotomy experience
and be able to perform
intramuscular (IM) injections
confidently and safely.
Strong knowledge of
medical terminology

administrative procedures

Responsibilities & Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist with the
check-in process
.
Manage phone systems to
handle incoming calls
,
schedule appointments
, and
address patient inquiries
.
Manage entries from
online intake forms
, emails, and other sources of
new patient requests
to join the practice, ensuring they are processed and booked in a timely manner.
Maintain
accurate patient records
using
OSCAR EMR
.
Verify
patient insurance information
and address
billing inquiries
.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure
timely patient care
and follow-up.
Maintain physicians' appointment schedules
and ensure patients are booked appropriately.
Perform general administrative tasks including
filing
,
data entry
,
scanning
,
faxing
, and maintaining a
clean and organized front desk area
.
Assist physicians with
basic clinical tasks
, including
taking bloods
(phlebotomy) and
giving intramuscular (IM) injections
.
Ensure
compliance with health regulations
and uphold
patient confidentiality standards
.
