At White City Medical Clinic, we provide top-notch healthcare services to our patients, and we are seeking a detail oriented, dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our family practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a Positive and enthusiastic individual with experience in a medical environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedule and manage appointments.

- Update and manage patient records.

- File documents ensuring accurate data entry.

- Answering phones calls from patients, physicians, and other health care providers and relaying messages to physicians.

- Communicating with patients, doctors and insurance companies.

- Assisting doctors with treatments.

- Manage all doctors assignments and task

-Performs billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficient reconciling.

-Ensures patient privacy protocols are adhered to daily.

-Attend to other tasks assigned by the doctors.

SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in healthcare environment or relevant field.

Experience with Electronic Medical Records is required; knowledge of Med Access/EMR is an asset.

Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft applications.

Excellent critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task & set priorities

Effective decision-making & problem-solving skills

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
