Position: Full-time front office personnel/receptionistLocation: Calgary NEHourly/Salary: based on ExperienceDate Needed By: ASAPOur facility offers a wide variety of rehabilitation services including: physiotherapy, acupuncture, orthotics, vestibular therapy, registered massage therapy and more.We are currently seeking a mature full-time - Front Office personnel/receptionist Shifts may include: Monday - Saturday - Weekday, Weeknight and weekend availability is a must.Required Experience: Medical Receptionist / Front office Clerk / Admin Staff / Customer Service Previous office administration/front office experience is an asset but not mandatory. Experience working with physiotherapy office is an asset but not mandatory. Training would be provided.The individual must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: An understanding of relevant extended health care policies, MVA and WCB proceduresThe individual must demonstrate the following skills: Computer skills including Microsoft Office (word, excel) Preferred Knowledge: EMR software (i.e. Practice Perfect) Stress and Time Management skills Analytical and Problem Solving Skills & Multi-tasking Excellent verbal and listening communication skills Able to speak Hindi &/or PunjabiAnd individual demonstrate the following personal attributes: Team Player Attention to Details Be very flexible Work ethics Be respectful Self-MotivatedGraduates from Kinesiology school are welcome to apply.Work Remotely
