About the Role:



We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare clinic by providing essential support to both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities:

Provide Administrative Support:

Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, handling clerical tasks and managing patient records with precision.

Reception & Client Care:

Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries with professionalism and care.

Billing & Insurance:

Complete insurance forms, process direct billing, and manage billing and reimbursement paperwork accurately and on time.

Financial Management:

Track payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.

Optimize Practitioner Schedules:

Coordinate appointments, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth workflows for practitioners.

Maintain Clinic Organization:

Keep the clinic clean, organized, and well-stocked with medical supplies, ensuring a safe environment for all.

Provide Timely Information:

Respond to patient, customer, and business inquiries with professionalism, offering information on services and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:



- Experience with Jane Medical System, MVA/HCAI, and WSIB billing

- Strong proficiency in technology and various digital tools

Skills & Experience:



- Previous experience as an office administrator, preferably in healthcare

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Social media marketing skills are a plus
