About the Role :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable

Medical Laboratory Assistant Instructor

to join our academic team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about education, student success, and continuous improvement in the medical laboratory field.

Responsibilities:

Instructional duties that follow prescribed learning and program objectives Monitoring student progress and assessments in a timely manner Professional upkeep of curriculum and instructional materials Work closely with the administrative team in support of student records Available for student practicums

To be successful for this position, you will be:

Certified/Registered in good standing with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS) Have graduation from an accredited educational institution Have two or more years' experience Experience as an Instructor is preferred Able to commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement Adept in learning management platforms and computer savvy Have professional presentation and soft skills to help motivate learners
Opportunity for the right candidate can be flexible, hybrid, part-time leading to full-time, negotiable salary $28-$30 per hour. Please send a detailed resume and cover letter expressing your interest and experience.
