Duties

Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels,

microchanneling

,

microdermabrasion

, and

hydrabrasion

Conduct laser-based treatments such as hair removal, pigmentation correction, vascular treatments, and skin rejuvenation using Health Canada-approved devices (aerolase) Provide in-depth consultations, assess client needs, and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with their goals Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare regimens, and home care products to optimize results Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client files, including treatment notes and medical history Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment room at all times in compliance with health and safety standards Assist in inventory management and ensure supplies are stocked and equipment is well maintained Participate in staff meetings, ongoing training, and promotional events as needed Promote services, skincare products, and treatment packages to support client outcomes and clinic growth Foster a welcoming, professional environment that builds trust and long-term relationships with clients Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and continuing education to enhance service offerings

Requirements

Certified Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician from a recognized institution 5+ years of hands-on experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting Proficient in laser technology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping others feel their best Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Up-to-date certifications and licenses in accordance with provincial regulations
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
