We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Esthetician to join our team at Sculpted Medical Aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and a variety of aesthetic treatments. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to enhancing the overall experience of our guests while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.

Duties

As an Aesthetician, your responsibilities will include:

Providing a range of aesthetic services including body waxing, lash lift/tints, brow services facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels Experience with lasers considered an asset Conducting product demonstrations and educating clients on skincare products and treatments Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards Delivering outstanding guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively Utilizing strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and recommend appropriate services or products Engaging in retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided

Experience

The successful candidate will possess:

Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to aesthetic treatments Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Experience in retail sales with an ability to upsell products confidently Strong knowledge of medical grade skincare Independent Motivated A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring client satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
