Position Overview



We are seeking a dedicated, licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team with

full-time or part-time availability

. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional, results-driven skincare treatments and education to our clientele in a warm and professional setting. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and client-focused, comfortable in a clinical environment, and motivated to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct in-depth skin consultations, analyses, and assessments to develop customized treatment plans. Perform advanced esthetic procedures (as allowed by license and clinic scope), including chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, LED therapy, and laser adjunct treatments. Provide beauty enhancement services such as eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, waxing, and threading, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Educate clients on skincare regimens, treatment plans, post-treatment care, and home maintenance routines. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas. Accurately document client progress, records, and treatment notes while maintaining confidentiality. Collaborate with other clinical or medical staff to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ongoing education opportunities to enhance expertise. Promote spa services and retail skincare products in a personalized, consultative manner--never through aggressive sales tactics.

Qualifications & Skills



Valid esthetics license in Ontario (or equivalent) 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, clinical skincare, or dermatology setting (preferred) Knowledge and experience in advanced skincare modalities Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills Professional presence, empathy, and the ability to foster trust with clients Self-motivated, organized, able to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
