Sterling Periodontics is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and motivated Medical Device Reprocessing Technician to join our dynamic dental practice. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and sterile environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with established protocols and best practices.

Assemble, package, and store medical and dental devices properly to maintain their sterility and functionality.

Monitor and document sterilization cycles, processes, and inventory levels.

Conduct routine maintenance and quality checks of sterilization equipment.

Follow infection prevention and control policies to the highest standards.

Collaborate closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and periodontist to ensure seamless workflow.

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry regulations and technologies.

Qualifications

Medical Device Reprocessing Technician certification (or willingness to obtain).

Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic is an asset but not required.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
