Job Summary:

As a Medical Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role at our organization by ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of medical supplies and equipment to various healthcare facilities, hospitals, and patient homes. You will be responsible for delivering critical items promptly while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company-provided vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines. Efficiently execute delivery routes to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment. Clean, troubleshoot, and inspect medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with healthcare staff, patients, and customers during deliveries. Handle any necessary paperwork, such as charting deliveries and recording maintenance. Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle. Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and compliance. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive medical information and supplies.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in delivery driving is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and delivery schedules. A good level of physical fitness, as the role may involve some lifting and carrying of medical supplies. Must be able to lift 50 pounds Understanding of patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
