ResolvMD is looking to add to its growing medical billing team. Processing claims for physicians accurately and efficiently is front and centre of what we do and physicians place a tremendous amount of trust in us to ensure they get paid each week.

We are looking to hire a full time medical biller who can help us to continue to grow our capabilities and serve more physicians. Ideally, you have a keen attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards. Billers are responsible for entering claim data into our system, reconciling information and ensuring that any deficiencies are flagged / corrected. Our system is designed to streamline entry and you will be able to lean on our team of experts for help and advice at any point. We also take feedback and design seriously and encourage all employees to help make our processes and software better.

The hours are flexible - you can work generally at whatever time you want, from home, on whatever day you want ahead of the weekly claim processing deadlines for Alberta physicians.

Though we would give more consideration to those that have a background in the medical space (particularly with billing), there are no prerequisites in terms of work experience or education. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this role.
