Summary

We are currently seeking an Attendant to join our team at Top Medical Transportation. This position involves working on a non-emergency ambulance vehicle as part of a two-person crew, providing essential transportation services for patients who require stretcher transport. Your commitment to patient care will be vital in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with safe transfers using stretchers or stair chairs. Provide compassionate care and support during transportation. Communicate effectively with the Top Medical Communications Centre via two-way radio. Ensure the vehicle is stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the vehicle. Collaborate with healthcare providers and families to coordinate patient transport needs.

Requirements

Valid Emergency Care/First Responder or Emergency Patient Care Certificate or valid AEMCA required. Possess a valid 'F' Class Driving Licence (minimum G class) and willingness to upgrade. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours. Ability to lift 250+ lbs with partner training.
