About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Aesthetic Medical Assistant

who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. In this role, you'll work closely with our physicians, nurses, and technicians--supporting treatments, enhancing client experiences, and helping ensure each visit runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Assist physicians, nurses, and technicians during aesthetic procedures and treatments Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to clinical protocols Provide pre- and post-treatment support and education to clients Deliver a premium, welcoming client experience with professionalism and warmth Manage client flow and scheduling with efficiency and attention to detail Support product and treatment recommendations based on client needs Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with clinical standards

What You Bring

Strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Experience assisting with medical or aesthetic treatments (preferred) Confidence communicating treatment plans and recommending services A positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow in medical aesthetics Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic healthcare is an asset
