The Role

We're seeking a Medical Assistant who shares our appreciation for precision, craftsmanship, and meaningful client experiences. What You'll Do

Support optometrists during examinations with accuracy, professionalism, and warmth Guide clients through pre-testing using modern diagnostic tools Maintain an organized, serene clinic environment that reflects our appointment-based model Manage scheduling and client communications with grace and clarity Contribute to a culture of expertise, curiosity, and continuous learning

Detail-oriented, calm, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences Drawn to environments where craftsmanship, design, and heritage matter Comfortable learning technical skills and using diagnostic equipment A strong communicator who values education and personalized care Experience in optometry or optical retail is an asset, but a passion for the craft is just as important
