Job Description

Busy foot clinic is seeking a part-time medical office assistant for a foot clinic. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work well on their own with a demanding schedule for our podiatrist. Must be prompt, neat, professional, friendly, and have a quality customer service mindset with good communication skills. Reliable vehicle is required as the job involves travel to of our clinics (Calgary, Okotoks, and Airdrie).

Position entails direct patient care, handling all duties associated with the back office, including but not limited to rooming patients, patient vitals, assisting doctor while in room, assisting with minor procedures, supply preparation, orthotic dispense, and numerous other clinical duties.

Experience is an asset, but is not required as adequate training will be provided. Position is part-time.

Job is on a three week rotation. The first week is 6 days of work (Monday-Saturday) and then the following week Mon, Tues, Wed.

We are a satellite company and travel to different clinics in the city and 2 outside of the city, Okotoks and Airdrie. Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to work full days.
