Manhas Aesthetics, part of the Manhas Health Co. group, is a fast-growing, modern medical aesthetics clinic in the Tri-Cities. We specialise in a range of aesthetic treatments & products, delivering a premium, client-centred experience.
We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organised Receptionist who can join our team immediately. As the first point of contact--both online and in person--you will help clients feel welcomed, understood, and supported throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and maintain a warm, high-end clinic atmosphere.
Supporting practitioners with clinic flow, schedules, and client care.
Responding to messages and inquiries from social media platforms and CRM tools
Managing calls, emails, and online bookings.
Booking and adjusting appointments using Jane App.
Checking clients in/out and processing payments, invoices & receipts.
Assisting with product recommendations and ongoing promotions.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the aesthetic space.
Performing light cleaning tasks: laundry, sanitisation, and room resets.
Restocking skincare products, linens, and supplies.
Skills
1-2 years of customer service experience (required).
Fluent in spoken and written English -- must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients both in person, over the phone, and through online messages.
Experience with Jane App or similar EMR/booking systems (preferred).
Experience handling inbound messages from social media platforms and CRM tools (an asset).
Strong, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.
Tech-savvy, confident using email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and general digital platforms.
Self-starter and fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
Positive, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, with a client-first mindset.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute positively to a supportive, team-based environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
