We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Technician/Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional laser treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong customer service skills, making it essential for the technician to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort during treatments. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend additional services as appropriate. Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and services to enhance client satisfaction. Document treatment details accurately in client records and maintain confidentiality of all client information. Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and skincare practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a focus on creating positive client interactions. Knowledge or experience in body waxing is a plus, enhancing the overall service offerings. Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness standards effectively. Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products to clients effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to clients. Certification or training in laser technology or related fields is highly desirable.
