Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and have experience in medical aesthetic treatments , selling treatment packages and product sales. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical aesthetic treatments to clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the process. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sanitized .environment will be crucial in delivering exceptional service. STRONG backround in sales targets is required.

Responsibilities

Perform laser hair removal and other treatments according to established protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. Prepare treatment rooms by sanitizing equipment and maintaining cleanliness. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and explain treatment options. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, client information, and follow-up care. Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to clients post-treatment. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to laser treatments. Reaching the daily quota of $1000 or higher

Requirements

Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of medical aesthetics is a plus. Ability to sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environment effectively. Retail sales experience is desirable, with an understanding of skincare products. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Must have previous Sales experience or working with a daily quota
