Expected Days/Hours :

Monday-Friday 2pm to 9pm & Saturdays / Up to 35 per week

Roxa Aesthetics is a client-focused medical aesthetics clinic offering advanced, results-driven treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician and Receptionist to join our growing team.

Requirements

? Mandatory Certifications:

Medical Aesthetics Certification or Certified Laser Technician Fluent in English
? Experience:

2 years of hands-on experience with: Facials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal & More

? Other Qualifications:

Valid aesthetician license Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team Proficient in scheduling and client management software Professional phone and front desk etiquette

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality treatments Perform skin consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and services Maintain detailed and confidential client records Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for every client Keep up with industry trends, new treatments, and best practices Assist with reception and admin tasks: Answer phones and manage scheduling Process client records Support day-to-day office operations Social Media management
