Job Overview

We are seeking a

skilled and personable Medical Aesthetician

to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will specialize in

skin rejuvenation treatments, laser hair removal, and advanced facials

, providing exceptional service and personalized skincare experiences for our clients.

This role requires a professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced skincare treatments including

laser hair removal, hydrafacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and IPL skin rejuvenation

. Evaluate client skin concerns and customize treatment plans to achieve optimal results. Educate clients on

skincare routines, post-treatment care, and product recommendations

. Maintain high standards of

cleanliness and sanitation

in compliance with health and safety regulations. Promote retail skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing a professional, warm, and personalized experience. Assist with

front desk duties

, such as booking appointments and maintaining client records. Stay current with

industry trends, new technologies, and aesthetic techniques

through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Valid

Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician license

(Ontario). Proven experience performing

laser hair removal, facial treatments, and skin rejuvenation services

. Strong understanding of

skin types, conditions, and contraindications

. Excellent

customer service and communication

skills. Ability to

upsell and promote treatments

and skincare products effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with the spa's standards. Experience with front desk software or scheduling systems is an asset. Passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
