We're looking for a talented Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team and bring a blend of professionalism, warmth, and expertise to every client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced skin treatments including HydraFacial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and medical-grade facials Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans Operate laser and IPL devices (experience with Candela, InMode, or similar technology is an asset) Maintain exceptional sanitation and sterilization standards Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations Support post-procedure care and maintain detailed treatment notes Contribute to a serene, high-end client experience aligned with the Caleza brand Work collaboratively with medical professionals, injectors, and front-desk staff

Requirements:

Certified in Medical Aesthetics or Advanced Skin Therapy from a recognized institution Minimum 1-2 years experience in a medi spa, dermatology clinic, or similar setting Comfortable using medical-grade equipment and performing results-driven treatments Polished, professional demeanor and passion for luxury skincare Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude Knowledge of ZO Skin Health, SkinCeuticals, or other clinical-grade product lines is an asset Availability for evenings and weekends is preferred
