POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a clinic/aesthetics environment including but not limited to great organizational, communication and customer relations skills. Post-secondary education is required, but ability and willingness to learn is most important. The ideal candidate should convey a willingness to and interest in continuing to grow within the company in both responsibilities and roles. QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a medical aesthetician - 1-2 years experience is an asset

Candidates MUST have experience in a clinic/ medical spa environment.

Bringing your own clientele is an asset.

Management experience is an assist, but desire to learn and be goal oriented is important

Knowledge of products/brands, treatments and inventory management

Experience with IPL, Diode laser, Microneedling, HIFU, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Body Contouring, Laser Tattoo Removal, and more are an asset.

Experience with skincare brands, Hydropeptide, and Bushbalm considered an asset.

Possess computer literacy skills.

Be self-motivated and able to work with authority and without supervision.

Must enjoy sales and working directly with clients to ensure excellent customer service

Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet occasional deadlines.

Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and have creative problem solving skills.
