Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedictated Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member, providing exceptional skincare treatments while ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, educating clients on skincare products, and promoting overall wellness.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of Medical Aesthetic services including but not limited to Dermaplaning Facials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels and IPL Conduct facial assessments and product demonstrations to educate clients on services and medical skincare routines and product usage. Ability to work evenings and or weekends. Foster a cheerful and helpful team atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience and ensures seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations. Engage in retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Occasionally assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.

Qualifications

A valid Medical aesthetician license as required by state regulations. Self Motivated, cheerful, helpful and collaborative person who takes Initiative! Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling techniques. Knowledge on medical grade skincare like Vivier and ZO Skin Health products. Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and products. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in aesthetic services.
