Responsibilities

Provide a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions. Ensure all tools and workspaces are properly sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards. Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to promote retail sales. Upsell additional services or products that align with client needs and preferences. Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and preferences. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that prioritizes guest satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other specialized aesthetic services. Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.30-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
