Key Responsibilities:Client Services:

Conduct personalized skin consultations and recommend tailored treatment plans Perform a variety of services including facials, peels, and laser treatments Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships Ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for during each visit

Treatments & Technology:

Provide treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser hair removal Operate and maintain laser and skincare equipment safely and effectively Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques

Client Education:

Guide clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care Offer expert product recommendations to enhance treatment results

Clinic Operations:

Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and sanitized Support inventory management of skincare products and supplies Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a medical/clinical aesthetics environment

Laser certification or proven experience required

In-depth knowledge of skincare and facial treatments Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills Professional, team-oriented, and detail-driven Passionate about helping clients achieve their skincare goals
