Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves delivering personalized services, promoting skincare products, and contributing to a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, facial treatments, microneedling, microchanneling, laser hair removal, waxing and eyelash extensions with precision and care Provide expert makeup application tailored to client preferences for special occasions or daily wear Conduct nail care services such as manicures and pedicures to enhance client appearance Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs, offering product demos, and recommending suitable skincare or beauty products Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas and equipment Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales Engage in upselling of products and services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth Foster a welcoming environment through effective communication skills, hospitality, and personalized attention

Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and promote products effectively Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance revenue opportunities Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest management Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling techniques Ability to deliver exceptional guest services while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic spa or salon environment
Must have high school diploma and Aesthetician diploma.
