Job Summary

Marketplace MedSpa is an established medical aesthetics clinic serving the Halton region and the GTA west. We are a fast-growing organization which is constantly evolving and expanding our operations. We are currently looking to add a skilled and passionate experienced laser technician/medical aesthetician to its close-knit team and take our clients on a journey to reach their skin care goals

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As our Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering various aesthetic services, laser treatments, educating clients on skincare products, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

Drive our marketing campaigns - email/text & social media and more. Promote our services to the many thousands of our family practice patients Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials,MicroNeedling, MicroDermabrasion, laser hair removal and other anti ageing laser treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of skincare products. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Upsell services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Provide excellent hospitality to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

Valid Medical aesthetician license in accordance with regulations. SPossess great marketing & social media skills Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell services and products effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus.

Qualifications

(must haves): Graduated from a licensed and respectable aesthetician school

Minimum

of 1 year experience as an Aesthetician/Laser Technician (required)

Minimum

of 1 year experience with Sciton Forever Young BBL (required)

Minimum

of 1 year laser hair removal experience ( required) Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Must be able to work quickly and independently as well as closely with a team Attention to detail and takes pride in providing superior services Provides exceptional + friendly customer service.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
