Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Aesthetician at our Georgetown location. The Medical Aesthetician will be responsible for performing various treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP therapy, and laser hair removal. The role also includes evaluating and consulting with clients, maintaining client records, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience. This role will have a potential for upcoming position in Vaughan.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring comfort, trust, and long-term relationships. Educate clients on skincare products, treatment plans, and lifestyle practices that enhance outcomes. Perform a range of advanced aesthetic services (but not limited to) facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser treatments, and body contouring (as trained and certified). Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions, ensuring client safety and optimal results. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare technologies, treatment protocols, and product lines. Ensure treatments are customized based on individual client needs and goals. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards. Accurately document client records, treatment details, and follow-up recommendations. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring product levels and reporting supply needs. Support the clinic team with events, open houses, and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution. Current certification/training in laser technologies (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics or spa environment. Strong knowledge of skin physiology, products, and advanced treatment protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach. Interest in learning new aesthetic treatments and trainings Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Sales and retail experience considered an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
