We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic treatments and exceptional customer service skills. This role involves providing high-quality aesthetic services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The Medical Aesthetician will also assist in promoting services and products to enhance the overall guest experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including and skin tightening services. Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies. Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software. Engage in social media management to promote services, share client success stories, and enhance brand visibility. Demonstrate product knowledge through product demos and retail sales efforts. Foster a welcoming environment by providing excellent guest services and maintaining effective communication with clients. Upsell additional services based on client needs and preferences.

Qualifications

We offer FULL in-house certification for treatments that we provide. English MUST be your first language. Previous experience in a medical spa or salon setting preferred; med spa experience is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey treatment options and product benefits. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities effectively. Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations in the beauty industry.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
