Duties

Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, body massage Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products Maintain proper sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas Assist with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and managing client records Upsell retail products and promote special offers to enhance client experience and business growth Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Foster a welcoming environment through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service

Qualifications

Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist Experience with body massage, skincare Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a spa or salon setting Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently Excellent communication skills to educate clients on products and treatments Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident in their appearance
