We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their beauty goals. As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through various treatments and services.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including

threading, facials, waxing mandatory

(optional skills which strengthen applicant include laser hair removal, peels, microneedling etc)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit.
- Upsell products and services based on client needs and preferences to enhance their experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper skincare routines and product benefits.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

- Valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in waxing, threading, facials, and other aesthetic services is preferred.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and maintain client records efficiently.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
