We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for performing various aesthetic treatments while maintaining a high standard of customer service and sanitation.

Duties

Perform laser skin treatments, body and facial contouring, microneedling, medical and professional grade facials Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their skincare goals and treatment options. Sanitate all tools and work areas according to industry standards to ensure client safety. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Upsell additional services and products that align with clients' needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong skills in medical aesthetics services and skincare. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Ability to upsell services while ensuring client satisfaction. A valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
