JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert skincare treatments, enhance client satisfaction, and promote a welcoming environment. This role requires a professional with a strong background in esthetic procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. The Medical Aesthetician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services, managing client relationships, and supporting retail sales initiatives.

DUTIES

Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, various laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, etc Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Educate clients on skincare products and services through product demos and consultations. Maintain sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized according to health regulations. Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, specials, and client success stories. Assist with retail sales by upselling products and treatments aligned with client needs. Support guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit. Keep detailed records of treatments performed and follow-up care instructions.

Skills

Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings;

familiarity with InMode Technology preferred

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within aesthetic practices. Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
